This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is also in place.
3. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are set and no user profiles are created; only aggregated page views are evaluated. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email, phone if provided, message and uploaded files) to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Form data is delivered to us via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); a data processing agreement is in place with Resend. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Fonts
Fonts are loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).
